Taylor Swift’s been a busy girl. Between dropping her twelfth studio album The Life of a Showgirl last week, making the late-night rounds, and fueling a million new “Wood” theories, the 35-year-old pop sensation still found time for dinner — and a headline-making fit.

On Tuesday, October 7, Swift was spotted arriving at Manhattan’s The Eighty Six, marking her first New York outing since the album release. According to People, she wore a $2,350 Miu Miu pleated tartan mini skirt, a fitted black turtleneck, knee-high tan boots, and a Dior Montaigne Avenue top-handle bag reportedly worth around $3,450.

But fans’ eyes weren’t just on the outfit. In every flash photo, her engagement ring from Travis Kelce caught the light, a vintage-style sparkler designed by Kindred Lubeck of Artifex Fine Jewelry. The piece appears to feature a brilliant-cut old-mine diamond bezel-set in yellow gold, with hand-engraved detailing.

As for value estimates? They swing like a pendulum. According to jewelers interviewed by Elle, it could start around $250,000. Brides’ sources lean toward $550,000, while InStyle rounds up to $1 million depending on size, color, and provenance.

Price debates aside, the sweetest detail is how it came together. Swift confirmed Kelce, 36, personally collaborated with Lubeck. “He designed it with this amazing jeweler,” she said on the U.K. radio show Heart Breakfast. “I had shown him a video — I just thought her stuff was so cool — so I had shown him a video like a year and a half ago and he was just paying attention to everything it turns out.”

Why exactly Swift was back in Manhattan is anyone’s guess, though she did tape The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon the night before. Either way, she made the most of her downtime, sliding into the West Village’s newest see-and-be-seen spot inside the old Chumley’s digs. Bloomberg called The Eighty Six “New York’s hottest fall restaurant,” and while the “Actually Romantic” singer was turning heads there, Kelce was coming off a Monday-night matchup in Jacksonville and prepping for the Chiefs’ next game on October 12.
