Cardi B celebrated her 33rd birthday this weekend, telling fans she feels “lucky” and “blessed” after another trip around the sun.

The Am I the Drama? rapper, fresh off of beef with Nicki Minaj, shared an Instagram post on Sunday (Oct. 12) thanking fans for their birthday wishes and shared that she has set her intentions for her upcoming year.

“Thank you to everyone for all the birthday wishes! Every one normally makes their new year resolution on Jan 1st but I made mine last night ! Im feeling lucky but most of all blessed! Year 32 was a year I’ll never forget!” she wrote.

The photos in the Instagram carousel saw her in a fitted burgundy dress that showed off her baby bump, including images of the rapper surrounded by flowers and a spray of pink balloons.

“But [winking emoji] 33 is the Jesus year and I must say I never felt so covered and so protected by the man above himself,” she continued. “He never fails to remind me that I’m chosen and that I’m anointed and that’s the best gift I could ever ask for. Thank you all for supporting me and loving me! I love yall back!”

It’s indeed been a major year for the “Pretty & Petty” artist, both personally and professionally. Her highly anticipated sophomore album, Am I the Drama?, landed at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart with upwards of 146 million streams in its first week.

The album also lived up to its name, sparking another intense online feud between the Brimcess and Nicki Minaj, who more or less started things by mocking the lyrics on “Magnet.”

The rappers’ week-long battle included shots at each other’s kids and accusations of mental illness and drug use and saw Cardi declare she was ready to go to jail to fight the “Pink Friday” artist.

In her personal life, Bardi made things official this year with Stefon Diggs, a wide receiver for the New England Patriots. She announced her pregnancy with Diggs’ child, who will be a half-sibling to her three kids with her ex-husband Offset.

But she’s not slowing down anytime soon. Cardi’s Little Miss Drama arena tour kicks off in February in Palm Desert, California, and will include stops in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Austin, Texas.

ComplexCon returns to Las Vegas on October 25–26, 2025, with over 300 brands and live performances by Young Thug, YEAT & Friends, Peso Pluma, Central Cee, Ken Carson, and more. Get your tickets now.
