Cardi B joked that Stefon Diggs should marry her after showing off her cooking.
Over the weekend, the rapper hopped on an Instagram Live to show off her culinary skills.
As seen in the video below, Cardi is seen taste testing her concoction before exclaiming, “That shit tastes good … My man needs to marry me today.”
The Am I the Drama? rapper has been dating the New England Patriots wide receiver amid her divorce from Offset. Cardi’s comment arrived days after speaking with The Breakfast Club, sharing that her divorce proceedings with the Migos alum are “not peaceful at all.”
She was also asked how she felt about Offset’s single “Move On,” with lyrics like “You never listen to no rules / You never cook n****s no food” and “You fucked around with the wrong dude / Hope your next n***a be great.”
“I laughed. Whatever,” Cardi said on the radio show. “You let the world think what they want to think. People see it, people see what's up. I don't bother nobody. They can't prove that I bother them.”
“Did it hurt your feelings when you said you couldn't cook?” asked co-host Charlamagne Tha God.
“No, because [he knew] that,” she responded. “But now you got you now you got all these bitches that cook for you. Why you still bothering me? … If somebody asks me or if somebody tell me, like, ‘I want you to cook for me, this is what I require,’ and stuff like that, I'll do it. I will do it. But that was never, like, a requirement. So it's like, now you acting like that was a issue. Now you got these bitches that cook. Why can't you sign the papers and these bitches cooking?”
Last Wednesday (Sept. 17), Cardi announced she was expecting a child with Diggs, which would be her fourth, after three children with Offset.
Diggs was already a father to a nine-year-old, but faced speculation of fathering additional children after TMZ published footage of him leaving a hospital with a baby carrier.
He was also hit with a paternity suit in 2024 from model Aileen Lopera, who requested he cover birth expenses and legal fees. Diggs responded that he was unsure the child was his.
The "Bodega Baddie" rapper dismissed the drama by mocking the situation during an Instagram Live stream, saying, “Hello, Barbara? This is Shirley … That’s your baby daddy, bitch? That’s my baby daddy too. What now? I don’t fucking know. We’ll figure this out, bitch.”
Cardi B's highly-anticipated sophomore album, Am I the Drama?, arrived last Friday and is already projected to move between 125,000 and 150,000 album-equivalent units.
