Cardi B seems unfazed by her boyfriend Stefon Diggs' rumored children.

The rap star, who is riding the high of her new album Am I The Drama?, announced on Wednesday (Sept. 17) that she was expecting a child with her boyfriend, Diggs. This would be Cardi's fourth child, the other three shared with her ex-husband Offset. Stefon has one child, a nine-year-old, from a previous relationship.

But shortly after the happy news, rumors began circulating that Diggs has other children. TMZ obtained footage of Diggs leaving a hospital with a baby carrier, allegedly taken shortly after he confirmed his relationship with Cardi.

Diggs was also recently hit with a paternity lawsuit a day after Cardi announced that they were expecting. Model Aileen Lopera filed a petition in 2024 for the paternity of her then-unborn child, requesting the NFL player cover her birth expenses and attorney fees. Diggs eventually responded, indicating he was unsure the child was his.

Cardi is taking the rumors in stride. In a video, which appears to be taken from an Instagram Live, the "Bodega Baddie" mocked the women expressing concern for her. "Hello Barbara? This is Shirley," she says. "That's your baby daddy, bitch? That's my baby daddy too. What now? I don't fucking know. We'll figure it out, bitch."

Cardi is busy riding the high of her new album, which is already certified platinum just one day after its release. Her previous singles "WAP" with Megan Thee Stallion from 2020 and "Outside" from 2021 counted toward the sales because of their inclusion on the album. The former went nine-times platinum, while the latter went five-times platinum.

As for Lopera's child, Diggs has requested a genetic test to confirm his paternity. If so, he is requesting joint custody of the child and has agreed to "joint payment of reasonable expenses of pregnancy and birth and attorney’s fees and costs."
