Shilo Sanders Pranks Fans by Disguising as Brother Shedeur at Browns Game

Shilo said he was proud of his brother's performance on the sidelines.

Shilo Sanders may be between NFL opportunities, but he's still very much in the spotlight, this time thanks to a hilarious stunt at Sunday's Cleveland Browns vs. Pittsburgh Steelers game.

The former Colorado safety showed up to the stadium dressed exactly like his younger brother, Browns rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders, fooling fans into thinking the QB was casually strolling through the crowd before kickoff. Shilo shared the whole prank on his YouTube channel, where he has amassed over 200,000 subscribers since shifting focus to content creation. In the video, he explained how he fully committed to the bit, even growing out his beard to match Shedeur's.

Wearing Shedeur's No. 14 Browns jersey, a "Legendary" chain, orange accessories, and a confident walk through the concourse, Shilo turned heads and sparked a wave of selfies from unsuspecting fans convinced they had just spotted Cleveland's rookie QB. The prank came with a purpose, too, as Shilo said he wanted to be in attendance in case Shedeur finally saw action.

Shedeur started the season as Cleveland's fourth-string quarterback but recently moved up to backup behind fellow rookie Dillon Gabriel. Though he has yet to take a snap in the NFL, Shilo still gave his little brother a glowing review from the sidelines.

"Shedeur did good today. I rate his performance 10 out of 10," Shilo joked in the video. "I like his movement. He didn't just stand in one spot, he was talking to teammates."

Shilo's football journey has taken a different path since leaving Colorado. He signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent in April 2025 but was released during final roster cuts in August. He later worked out with the San Francisco 49ers but didn't land a deal. With free agency quiet, Shilo has leaned further into media and entertainment.

His father, Colorado head coach Deion "Coach Prime" Sanders, recently hinted that Shilo may be headed for a future outside of football. He even suggested that Shilo may explore acting or entertainment, something that aligns with his growing YouTube presence.

"Shilo's a man of many talents," Sanders said. "I don't know if you guys know, he's a man of many talents and he's going to be straight. All the Sanders are going to be straight with or without football. You better believe that. You better believe that I take care of mine and I've always have, and y'all know what I mean. You better believe that."
