Lil Wayne delivered a heartfelt shoutout to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce during his tour stop in Kansas City.

On Tuesday, while Wayne performed inside a packed T-Mobile Center, he paused mid-show to congratulate Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and pop superstar Taylor Swift on their recent engagement.

“Shoutout to my man Travis and my girl Taylor,” Wayne told the roaring crowd in a video that has gone viral on social media. “Traylor! That’s what we call them. Congratulations.”

The moment drew loud cheers from fans, many of whom celebrated the couple’s engagement earlier this week. Swift and Kelce, whose relationship has captivated sports and music fans alike, announced their engagement just days before Wayne’s tour stop.

Wayne’s connection to Kansas City runs deeper than Tuesday’s performance. He headlined Kelce Jam, the tight end’s music festival, in 2024, an event that cemented his bond with the Chiefs star.

Swift and Kelce announced their engagement earlier this week with a joint post on Instagram and a caption that read, "Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married 🧨.”

According to TMZ, the engagement ring is a hand-engraved "old mine brilliant cut" designed by Kindred Lubeck. Kelce and Swift have supported each other since making their relationship official in July 2023.

Swift supported her man at several Kansas City Chiefs games, including their back-to-back Super Bowl appearances this year and last year, while the tight end attended a number of stops on Swift’s Eras Tour. Last June, Kelce made it on stage as a dancer during Swift's performance of "I Can Do It With a Broken Heart" at Wembley Stadium in London.

Beyond the “Traylor” tribute on Tuesday, Wayne treated fans to a career-spanning setlist, revisiting classics from his decades-long catalog while spotlighting the future of Young Money, the record label he launched in 2005.
