Lil Tay is willing to box Bhad Bhabie for $60 million if Sophie Rain won’t get into the ring with her.

TMZ spoke with Tay about her beef with Rain, who claims that the former is lying about how much money she made on OnlyFans. “Let’s start with the fact that she’s projecting,” said Tay. “The bitch is washed up. She doesn’t believe anyone can earn more money than her.”

Tay then switched gears and addressed Bhabie, born Danielle Bregoli, with whom she’s had a feud with over the years. “The $60 million offer I put up, it can go to you Danielle,” said Tay. “Then, your man can go on shopping sprees again. You can pay off your credit card debt.”

“The bitch literally came for me when I was nine years old, telling me to pull up and fight her,” explained Tay. “Now, I’m 18. She really has no excuses. Danielle, we are both grown now.”

“If you really are about that, you’ve got no excuses,” Tay continued. “The bitch literally got famous for telling people to fight here. Well I’m here. You can catch me outside.”

This whole exchange stemmed from Rain telling TMZ that she doesn’t believe Tay made $15 million in two weeks. According to the adult content creator, making that money would require months and a great team.

In August, Tay challenged Rain to get into the ring by calling her out in an Instagram video. “Sophie Rain, $60 million is what I have for you to fight me in a boxing match. You're about that money, right?” Tay said. “Well, this is more money than you've ever made off that crusty, dusty boomer-ass [OnlyFans] link. So put on the gloves and fight me.”

“This is an opportunity for you, a self-proclaimed fan of mine, to meet your idol in the ring,” Tay continued. “And don't pretend you're above it all just because you're scared I'm gonna beat the brakes off of you. I'm ready for you. I've been training, I've been doing spicy boxing training sessions, workouts … I'm gonna literally hit up my manager and my attorney right now to draft the contract.”

Tay’s beef with Rain seemingly stems from a TikTok shared by the Bop House account (which Rain co-founded) that featured Tay’s name in a list of young women who attended “auditions” to join the collective.

After it was released, Tay denied that she auditioned for the Bop House. “Sophie Rain and Bop House, stop pretending like I auditioned to join the Bop House. Why would I do that when I've already made more than all of y'all combined?” Tay said. “Y'all are expired, washed up, pushing 50. Like, I'm not trying to join a retirement home, a rented retirement home called the ‘Flop House.’ I don't even know these girls, but they're name-dropping me, cliff farming. I don't know any of y'all except for Sophie.”
