Raven-Symoné's wife, Miranda Maday, is clearing up misconceptions about her marriage, and fans have been chatting all about it on social media.

During a conversation on Tea Time with Raven & Miranda uploaded in July, Maday addressed speculation that her decision to marry Raven was motivated by money. According to Maday, the love between them has always been the foundation of their partnership.

"She was really bummed because she thought that marrying me, a Jewish girl, she was going to get an upgrade," said Maday. "Part of why I feel like [...] just stand ten toes down bout it, speak with my whole chest is because so many people [think] I married her just for money [...] I didn't marry Raven for money, I'm richer."

Despite the interview happening over a month ago, the clip has resurfaced online and has fans up in arms over it. One fan was confused by the comment, while another questioned Maday and her motives.

"Is SHE richer or is her PARENTS richer? Cause i have no idea who Ravens girlfriend is lol," said one fan. The other wrote, "I don't know why Raven-Symone's wife is on a 'my wife ain't shit' and 'I am the price' tour but best of luck to Raven. Hope she wakes up one day and realizes that woman is mad weird."

The couple, who tied the knot in a small and intimate ceremony in 2020, have often been candid about their relationship dynamic, frequently sharing insights on their joint podcast and social media platforms. Maday's latest comments further reinforce their commitment to transparency, particularly in shutting down rumors and highlighting the genuine bond they share.
