Nick Cannon continues to show interest in expanding his already-large family.
The actor, comedian and media personality is the subject of a new Vulture feature, where he talked about having nine additional children after the birth of his twins, Moroccan and Monroe, 13, with ex-wife Mariah Carey. Cannon, who hasn't remarried, has welcomed his nine younger children with several other women.
"It was also a little bit of, like, Okay, God, how did I have five kids in one year? Probably careless activity," he confessed to the outlet.
Although the 44-year-old isn't currently planning to have more children, he hasn't declined the opportunity of doing so. "The world is a crazy place. I never say 'never!'" Cannon continued.
But in the last couple of months, the self-proclaimed "hopeless romantic" has been accused of neglecting his children, namely by Alyssa Scott, the mother of his two-year-old daughter, Halo, and Zen, who died from brain cancer five months after his birth in 2021. Last month, while trying to name all twelve of his children while chatting with The Really Good Podcast host Bobbi Althoff, Cannon nearly forgot two of his kids, admitting that he uses a jingle to recite their names.
Cannon also discussed his uncertainty of having more children, telling Althoff, "I don't know what God and the universe have in store for me."
