Nick Cannon caught hell from one of the mothers of his children this week.
The father of 12 appeared in a new episode of The Best Podcast Ever with Raven and Miranda, which went live on Thursday, and explained why he insured his testicles for $10 million.
His ex-girlfriend, Alyssa Scott, responded sourly to a clip of the episode. Cannon and Scott have had two children, including a son, Zen, who died from brain cancer five months after his birth in 2021. Their daughter and Scott's third child overall, Halo Marie Cannon, was born in December 2022.
Around the 11-minute mark of the video below, Cannon said that the insurance policy is "legit" and that it's valued at "$5 million per testicle."
"If I happen to lose one all the money goes to my kids," he explained.
"Ha ha haaa," Scott began in a repost of the clip on her Instagram Story. "Funny. Any plans on seeing your child?"
Scott added that Cannon hasn't visited their daughter in "over a month." "But good to know she'll get some of your $ if anything happens to your balls smh," she said.
Bre Tiesi, with whom Cannon shares 2-year-old Legacy, previously mentioned the difficulties of Cannon spending time among his children and their mothers, particularly during the holidays.
In March, Tiesi said on the podcast We Need to Talk that holidays are so challenging among the families that it can breed "jealousy."
But Cannon spent ample time with his oldest children, Moroccan and Monroe, whom he shares with his ex-wife Mariah Carey. The twin siblings turned 14 on Wednesday.
