Sophie Rain rang in her 21st birthday with an unexpected celebrity guest.

The OnlyFans model posted a photo with Shaquille O’Neal during a night out in Las Vegas, sparking thousands of reactions online.

"Look who I ran into on my birthday!!" Rain captioned the photo on X.

The image shows her seated beside the Hall of Fame center while holding a drink. She flashes a playful middle finger at the camera as O’Neal beams in a patterned shirt and cap.

The post quickly went viral. "Only Sophie would casually run into a literal legend on her bday," one user wrote.

Another added, "This gotta be the craziest OF video ever. Even I would pay $99.99 to see it."

Speaking to Complex after the encounter, Rain described the meeting as surreal. "I was out with friends celebrating turning 21, and all of a sudden Shaq was right there,” she said. “It didn’t even feel real. He was so friendly, so down-to-earth, and honestly, he made the whole night even more unforgettable."

She continued, "I’ve met a lot of people through my work, but Shaq has this energy that fills the room. Everyone around him is smiling. He made me feel like I was the celebrity, which is wild to say on my own birthday."

Her OnlyFans earnings are estimated to be more than $83 million in the last 12 months.

"People sometimes see me online and forget I’m still young," she told Complex. "Turning 21 was already a big deal, but now I’ll always have this crazy story tied to it. I’m grateful I got to celebrate with my fans watching along too."

One commenter asked, "Why is Shaq so happy in this pic?" Another joked, "Shaq tall, but I’m the one makin y’all weak."

Others speculated on the circumstances of the encounter, with one writing, "How much he paid you?"

Rain brushed off the jokes, saying she enjoyed being part of the chatter.

"People are going to say anything on the internet," she said. "What matters is I had the time of my life. It’s a birthday I’ll never forget."
