Young Thug gave Diddy a shoutout during a recent visit to Adin Ross' livestream.
On Tuesday (Oct. 1), the Uy Scuti rapper dropped in on the Kick livestream. Immediately upon entering Ross' bedroom, he grabbed a bottle of baby oil from the dresser. The rapper them approached the streamer and pointed at him before Ross shouted, "What the fuck you doing with that? Aye, aye, aye! No baby oil over here, bro."
Ross swore that the bottle of Johnson's baby oil wasn't his and that a previous guest left it there. When the streamer asked why Thug was trying to give him the oil, the Atlanta rapper gave a show of support to Diddy, who will be sentenced on Friday (Oct. 3) on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. The music mogul was convicted in July at the conclusion of his racketeering and sex trafficking trial. Each count carries a maximum of ten years.
"Free the OG Diddy, man," Thug said. "Free the OG."
After the rapper said he's "overly" with Diddy, Ross sided with him. "Alright, free Diddy," the streamer said. "If he said it, 'I'm 'Free Diddy,' too."
Ross also mentioned that Diddy will be sentenced by the end of this week, to which Thug shared that he's "praying for him." Elsewhere during the stream, Ross proposed a livestream with Thug and Diddy.
Thug has had his own highly publicized battle with the legal system, as it was just one year ago that the rapper was released after pleading guilty in the YSL RICO trial, where he was in jail for more than two years. His 15-year probation requirements include 100 hours of community service for ten years, being unable to own or carry a gun, and not flashing real or perceived criminal gang signs.
The rapper fulfilled the community service terms of his probation last weekend by holding a surprise concert in front of the Fulton County Courthouse and urging local attendees to "stop the violence."
