Ne-Yo continues to share gems about his polyamorous lifestyle, discussing in a new interview how he manages having four girlfriends.

The R&B singer-songwriter, who was previously married to Crystal Renay Williams, with whom he shares two children, from 2016 to 2023, broke down how he manages his dating situation on the Tuesday (September 30) episode of Joe and Jada.

During the segment, Ne-Yo explained that there's a "mindset that a woman has to have" when one of multiple girlfriends in a polyamorous relationship. "She
literally got to think a different way. If you got four women that want Birkin bags, you got the wrong four."

The "Because of You" hitmaker went on to call his system a "community" and "family." "It's like a village where everybody do something. Everybody
got a job," he said. "If you're the only person taking care of everything...That's not how it's supposed to go. Everybody's supposed to kind of pitch in together."

The singer also explained that his reason for starting a polyamorous relationship was to no longer "hurt" whoever he was involved with, which he learned from earlier experiences.

"So after my divorce, my very public, very ugly divorce, I realized that just through being dishonest, I hurt a lot of people," he explained. "So from that moment, I was like, 'I'mma just keep it a buck with everybody about everything, be it good, bad, ugly, whatever. I'mma keep it a buck.'"

Elsewhere, Ne-Yo admitted that he and his girlfriends have "problems" similar to monogamous relationships. "All that shit is real. You going to argue over stuff, but again, at the end of the day, as long as you are head of household and everybody understands that, then arguments don't last long," he asserted.

Last month, Ne-Yo paid a visit to Kai Cenat's Mafiathon 3, where he called his love life "phenomenal."

In addition to his two children with Crystal Renay Williams, the three-time Grammy winner has five other children with two other women.
