Cam’ron Wildly Compares Zion Williamson’s Weight Loss to a Crackhead Getting Clean

Cam used an interesting analogy to explain why he's not fully sold on Zion this season.

The body transformation of Zion Williamson has been a topic of conversation among NBA fans ever since he showed up to New Orleans Pelicans' media day looking noticeably skinner on Tuesday.

"I haven't felt like this since college, high school," Williamson told reporters about his weight loss.

Zion's weight and conditioning have always been an issue throughout his NBA career, fluctuating between 284 and 300-plus pounds. ESPN's Michael C. Wright reported in February that Williamson weighed in at 264 pounds, which would be "his lightest weight since the Pels drafted him."

Given his seemingly renewed focus on his fitness, many have wondered if this trimmed down version of Williamson will yield positive results on the court this season.

Cam'ron isn't buying it.

On the latest episode of It Is What It Is, Cam argued that, at his best, Williamson utilized his frame to be a physically dominant force on the court. The rapper turned podcaster wondered if the weight loss will negatively impact his most valuable trait.

To better explain his thought process on this topic, Cam brought up a crackhead that he used to run into, back in the day. Based on the level of creativity and humor of his sign, Cam would determine how money to give him.

"The moral of the story is, he cleaned himself up, and he wasn't that funny, and the jokes he was telling me, I wouldn't give him a dollar for," he said at the 47:39 mark. "Shit's got wack. They was trash, but hey, he was clean. The jokes fell off, but he was clean. When he high, them shits is hilarious. I can't pay for the clean you, but I respect it."

The conversation starts at the 42:40 mark.
