After ESPN's Brian Windhorst appeared to throw shade at LeBron James and Steve Nash's podcast Mind the Game, the Los Angeles Lakers star tweeted and deleted a response.

In a clip shared from the Mind the Game account on X, formerly Twitter, the social media team for the podcast mocked comments Windhorst made about the podcast focusing more on the game of basketball rather than all the "drama" surrounding it. "If you do a full show that's all X's and O's, that's not gonna be any good," Windhorst said in the clip, which contrasts his comments with positive words from fans.

"If [LeBron] sits down with Steve Nash and all he does is X's and O's, people aren't going to like that," he said. The post was captioned, "And we're not done yet."

In a since-deleted tweet, LeBron also fired shots at Windhorst for casting doubt on the success of Mind the Game, which the Lakers star formerly hosted with JJ Redick. "Long ways from being done!!" wrote LeBron. "Sucks they have to listen to 2 guys who know nothing about basketball talk about basketball! Sorry @SteveNash."

Despite Windhorst suggesting that no one would be interested in Mind the Game, the series has proved to be incredibly popular and frequently brings in hundreds of thousands of views on YouTube alone. In fact, several episodes of the podcast have brought in millions of views on YouTube, including one that debuted within the past week.
