Over 22 NBA seasons, LeBron James has built a legacy both on and off the court, dominating with raw talent and discipline while carefully crafting his public persona. Across stints with three major teams, his on-court brilliance paired with a charismatic personality, earning him a loyal fan base that followed him from Cleveland to Los Angeles. This fan base developed over two decades and, on occasion, has resulted in major displays of wild behavior. And now, fans have found even more creative ways to celebrate their MVP.

LBJ is no stranger to meme culture—his most mundane moments often become viral spectacles. From his hilariously bad Bart Simpson drawing to the infamous angry LeBron GIFs to niche TikTok trends like “LeBron James, scream if you love,” the internet has long turned his every move into a joke-worthy moment.

Now, instant access to creative tools like BandLab has given a younger, more tech-savvy audience a fresh way to honor Bron. The latest meme trend? Turning him into an R&B muse, with parody tracks riffing on classics like “Man in the Mirror” and “Closer,” plus rap bangers like “I.” The result? A digital archive dubbed LeBronify—and my inability to stop singing I’m talkin’ ‘bout the man on the Lakers / LEBRON!

TikTok is ablaze with these hilarious musical tributes, so here’s our definitive list of ten you can’t miss.

10) “Mister Lebron” by Zakhifikes1

Zakhifikes1 had a lot of fun making this, and you can tell. Despite not being the best singer, he implores the silly spirit and does the Timbaland AND NELLY FURTADO vocals. The harmonies go crazy on this one, and it’s one of the only tracks that shout out the Akron Hammer’s home state of Ohio, securing him a spot in the top ten of parody vocalist glazers.

9) “LeBron Jean” by Maynburneracc

Maynburneracc has no bad songs under his name on LeBronify–That’s just a fact. Why? He plays to his strengths, utilizing beautifully sung harmonies and mixing every element perfectly. While it was difficult choosing just one song from his catalog, his play on Michael Jackson’s “Billie Jean” and sliding on the closing vocals was too catchy to resist.

8) "I write brons not bronigies" by ilyaugust

Ilyaugust arguably has the most songs in both number and popularity in the Bronify catalogue, so it was difficult choosing just one. His play on Panic! At The Disco’s “I Write Sins, Not Tragedies” is just insane that it works. While there are LeBron parodies of other emo classics from artists like Evanescence and Paramore, nothing compares.

7) "(i) love lebron" by elusive xd

Elusivexd’s take on the “LeAlbum” is one of the only rap cuts we’re seeing that puts incredible effort into the writing aspect. While other songs on “Bronify” lean heavy into singing lines about their goat, Elusivexd is also a Kendrick fan and it shows, tangling witty lines about LBJ that fit with the original “I” rhyme scheme. He even has a full three and a half minute version on Spotify

6) “I Want Lebron” by Dodgertae

Dodgertae’s play on The Jackson 5’s “I Want You Back” is soulful, playful, and fun. It’s a fun dedication to the GOAT, while also shouting out other players like Kobe and Kareem. While the lyrics can get a little corny with their praise, so is the trend. The play on words and harmonization with background vocals give it an extra layer of listenability.

5) “OMB” by yaa2wavy

Painfully short, but still captures the same essence and energy of the original Black Eyed Peas single. Highlighting LBJ’s 50,000 combined points in one season and his rivalry with Golden State, this one had to make the list.

4) “Thinkin bout Lebron” by jaylomboy

Jaylomboy’s “Thinkin bout Lebron” takes a traditional indie approach to the “LeAlbum” with a faithful parody of Empire Of The Sun’s “Walking On A Dream. " It hits every beat in stride and has the best flow of lyricism compared to others.

3) “King James” by keyitskrypt

Playing off Neyo’s “Closer,” keyitskrypt’s Bron tribute is incredibly silly, but maintains the same musicality as the original. It’s a great example of the trend's songs being ridiculous, while still being made by legitimately talented people.

2) “Reigning in LA” by itsokaySpade

Arguably the best-sounding and original take in the Bronify catalog, “Reigning in LA” puts the LeBron in R&B, showcasing beautiful harmonies and a natural knack for soul sensibilities. The lyrics' minimalism is a simple dedication to his goat, but it can work as its own R&B cut. Musically, it’s the most beautiful song in the trend.

1) “The Man On The Lakers” imakeparodyzz (aka Talented Blake)

There’s no defeating the original. The one that started the trend. The earworm that’s responsible for many humming “the real big three” at work throughout the week. Created by imakeparodyzz, aka Talented Blake, playing on Michael Jackson’s “Man In The Mirror,” it’s just a real and humble approach. It’s imperfect and his voice cracks while hitting a note, but there’s something remarkably human about it. “The Man on the Lakers” is a true testament to Blake's love for someone who may never acknowledge them. It’s undeniably the best song on LeBronify.

In a previous version of this list, we misidentified the creator of "The Man on the Lakers" as quasarsfr. This has been corrected and we apologize for the mistake.
