Compared to what we have become accustomed to, this week in sneakers is relatively slow. But maybe it’s for the better. We can finally take a collective sigh of relief that we don’t need to enter dozens of raffles and take dozens of Ls for once. The slower week doesn’t mean there aren’t still some solid pairs dropping in the coming days though.
Pharrell and Adidas are celebrating a milestone for N.E.R.D. with a new NMD Hu, Adidas is unveiling a brand new Instampump Fury x ZX mashup, Nigo’s Human Made is dropping more sneakers with the Three Stripes, Levi’s has its own New Balance 992 on the way, and Undefeated is dropping off another set of Dunk Lows and Air Force 1s.

Pharrell x Adidas NMD Hu 'N.E.R.D.'
Price: $220
When: Friday, Aug. 6 at 10 a.m.

What You Need to Know: Pharrell and Adidas are releasing a brand new “N.E.R.D.” colorway of the NMD Hu this Friday. This new pair sports a cream Primeknit upper with a white Boost midsole. Mismatched pastel detailing is used on the heel tabs, outsoles, and liners. Direct nods to N.E.R.D. come in the form of the letters embroidered on the right shoe and a special logo on the heel tabs marking the 20th anniversary of In Search of…, the group’s debut album.
Adidas ZX Fury
Price: $200

What You Need to Know: Adidas is collaborating with Reebok once again to put a new twist on the Instapump Fury. The result is the ZX Fury, a silhouette that features colorways and details pulled from the ZX line on the recognizable Instampump Fury upper. Four bright colorways will be up for grabs that nod to the OG ZX 6000, ZX 7000, ZX 8000, and ZX 9000.
Levi's x New Balance 992
Price: $250
When: Friday, Aug. 6 at 10 a.m.

What You Need to Know: Levi’s has once again collaborated with New Balance. This time, both brands have come together for a new take on the 992. The collab brings together what each brand does best by featuring denim panels across the 992’s all-grey upper. The iconic Levi’s red tab can also be seen hanging off the “N” on each lateral side panel.
Undefeated x Nike '5 On It'
Price: $120-$140
When: Friday, Aug. 6
Where: Undefeated stores and undefeated.com
What You Need to Know: Undefeated is dropping another pack Nike sneakers. This pack once again features an Air Force 1 and Dunk Low. It’s dubbed the “5 On It” for the five materials used on each: suede, leather, snakeskin, nubuck, and canvas. The number five is also a nod to the brand’s signature five-strike branding that can be seen stamped on the lateral heel and tongue of each pair. The Air Force 1 features a grey upper with blue and red accents, while the Dunk Low opts for a blue and purple upper with white branding.
Human Made x Adidas
Price: $150
When: Saturday, Aug. 7 at 3 a.m.

What You Need to Know: Nigo’s Human Made continues its ongoing partnership with Adidas with another round of sneakers and apparel this week. Two colorways each of the Questar and EQT Racing will be available. One opts for an earthier grey and brown look with orange and yellow details, while the other set features bright blue and yellow across the upper. Human Made’s heart logo is stamped on each heel and its commonly used phrase “Gears for Futiristic Teenagers” is written across each side panel.
