Katt Williams has always kept a slender physique. Now, in a new interview with Theo Von, the legendary comedian has revealed his fitness routine that’s kept him in shape all of these years.
Speaking with Von about what he does to get in exercise, Williams explained that his physique comes from getting physical under the sheets. “The ladies keep me fit,” Williams explained around the 20:37-mark. “I’m heavy in sexual relations, so that keeps you pretty fit.”
Aside from that though, Williams did admit that there’s a bit more to his workouts than hitting the bedroom. “I’ve got a cold plunge, a jacuzzi, and a sauna that I do pretty ritualistically,” he explained. “I’ve never been a gym guy.”
Later on in the interview, Williams spoke about the dark side of Hollywood and dealing with Harvey Weinstein — expressing his initial lack of understanding of how powerful he was.
“I was just as shocked as anybody about how powerful Harvey Weinstein was at the time that I was meeting with him,” said Williams. “How he could not be told no. He gets whatever he wants.”
“I thought that didn’t apply to me because I didn’t care about anything but bitches and business,” Williams continued. “Then, he offered me two actresses like they were playing cards.”
Von being able to speak with Williams for his podcast must have been a dream come true to him, especially since he owns a "statue" of the comedian. Von spoke with Druski last year and told him about how he came into ownership of the prop he claimed resembles the comedian.
“I would love for him to come on,” said Von. “I got a statue of him at home. I got a Christmas Katt WIlliams that I have at my home. I bought it from Michael’s a few years ago.”
It turned out though that the statue was really just a Black nutcracker — it was just dressed similarly to an outfit that Williams had previously worn.
