Danielle Bregoli, better known as Bhad Bhabie, is on good terms with her estranged father, Ira Peskowitz.
TMZ reports that the duo came together last summer after she reached out to him. After a few conversations via text and on the phone, Bhabie visited him during a trip to Florida and based on the fact that she invited Peskowitz, his wife, and her two half-brothers to Los Angeles recently to celebrate her daughter Kali’s half-birthday, it's safe to say the initial meeting went well.
The reason that the 21-year-old reached out in the first place, according to TMZ, is because she believed that there’d been enough time that passed since they fell out. Back in 2020, Bhad Bhabie contemplated filing a restraining order against Peskowitz after he spread allegations of abuse about her mom.
At one point, Bhabie called him out for not being in her life, claiming that he just wanted to use her fame to his advantage.
Two years prior to that whole fiasco, Bhad Bhabie had Peskowitz’s name removed from her birth certificate after he surrendered his parental rights.
Bhad Bhabie’s capacity for forgiveness recently started with her boyfriend, Le Vaughn, who’s the father of her daughter. Following her celebrating the birth of their child earlier this year, and her posting what appeared to be domestic violence footage of an incident allegedly involving him, she shared a few months ago that they both got each other’s faces tattooed on their legs.
One person she hasn’t forgiven is the tattoo artist who she thought did a poor job on the portrait. "Their work on there page looks so good freshly done, but apparently I need to wait weeks for my portrait of Lv to heal for 'the color to fade' mean while the color isn't the problem," she wrote in a post shared to social media. "His eyes and eyebrows are too far and the wrong shape as well as his lips and nose is too big and turned upwards."
Earlier this month, Bhad Bhabie paid tribute to her grandfather, who she praised in a touching post.
In the caption of the Instagram post, she revealed the he used to call her “the baby” which she said is where her stage name originated from.
