Bhad Bhabie says she accused Le Vaughn of abusing her and posted a video of an alleged physical attack last summer because he threatened to take away their 13-month-old daughter.
Bhabie opened up about her relationship and issues with Le Vaughn in a recent conversation with Camilla Araújo in which she reflected on the situation. The "Gucci Flip Flops" artist claimed that she had a conversation with her on-and-off boyfriend that led to her leaking the footage.
“He told me he was going to take Kali,” said Bhad Bhabie, whose given name is Danielle Bregoli. “I was going through a drug problem at the time and I felt like he did have that over me and he could use that against me, so I posted the video to put it out there so hopefully he can’t take her with that being public.”
“My point was to even it out, to keep my daughter, not for the world to attack him,” she added. “I knew the world attacking him came with it, I knew that, but that wasn’t what it was for, on my part.”
Bhabie explained that now she doesn’t prefer to let the world see them have issues with each other. “I don’t even let people see us argue over a peanut,” she joked.
Then, she said that she hits Le Vaughn from time to time.
“I still smack up Le Vaughn sometimes when he needs it, but I don’t hurt him. I just show him what I’m capable of,” she said. “I have hurt him before and I did feel bad about it.”
Last July, Bhabie shared a video of Le Vaughn hitting her, along with a picture of her black eye. With it, she wrote that he was “going to get the help he needs.” The two reconciled a month later and got tattooed portraits of each other’s faces.
Elsewhere in the interview with Araújo, Bhad Bhabie said that she was aware that Le Vaughn had allegedly cheated on her with Alabama Barker.
"I had already knew about him and Alabama. I had just learned how deep it was over the phone while I'm in Florida and he's in L.A. at her house, in her bed," Bhabie said. "I'm finding out about this. He's not answering the phone."
