Kai Cenat has exited the realm of singledom, he confirmed to fans over the weekend.
As Cenat explained mid-stream, he’s “happy” these days with TikTok star Gabrielle Alayah, noting that a relationship of this level often “comes out of nowhere.” The 2024 Streamer Awards winner also shouted out the “Sherlock Holmes”-like investigative work done by fans, especially during a recent Turks and Caicos excursion.
“I got a girlfriend, bitch!” Cenat told the chat after initially feigning the expected rumors-denying response as part of a playful fake-out. Later, Kai detailed the perks of being in a relationship to his friend and fellow streaming star Fanum.
“I feel better when I wake up,” he said. “I glow a little bit more. It’s good. It’s peaceful. It’s happier.”
To mark Kai’s 23rd birthday, Alayah made a special appearance to hand-deliver a custom Spider-Man cake. At one point during her appearance, Kai told chat Alayah was “mad nervous” about the stream, prompting him to console her.
Elsewhere, Kai and Fanum commemorated Kai having entered I-have-a-girlfriend-now territory by saying goodbye, at least for now, to certain pastimes, namely all manner of “treacherous” single activities.
“With great power comes great responsibility,” Kai said.
The news caps off a massive year for Kai, whose celeb-stacked Mafiathon 2 streaming event counted special guest appearances by everyone from Sexyy Red to Bill Nye the Science Guy to blink-182’s Travis Barker. Mafiathon 2 took home the award for Best Marathon Stream at this month’s Streamer Awards, where Cenat also won for Best Streamed Collab for his recent link-up with Kevin Hart and Druski.
