Allen's alleged relationship troubles appear to be taking a toll on her mental health.

Lily Allen was vulnerable about her personal life in a recent episode of her podcast Miss Me?

Toward the end of the episode, posted on Wednesday, the singer and podcast host shared around the 19-minute mark that she'd be taking a break from Miss Me? due to not being "in a good place."

"I know I've been talking about it for months, but I've been spiraling and spiraling and spiraling, and it's got out of control," Allen explained to co-host Miquita Oliver.

The British singer said she had a "panic attack and had to go home" during a Christmas lunch for the podcast, and during a recent movie outing with friends, she left during "halftime."

“I just can't concentrate on anything except the pain that I'm going through," she said. "And it's really, really hard. I'm going away next week. You're not gonna hear me for a few weeks, listeners."

Allen also reassured listeners that her hiatus wouldn't be because of a drug relapse, denying the "vicious rumors" about her.

“I know there have been some horrible blind items on the internet about me being found by my husband in a crack den being surrounded by men," Allen said.

On a previous episode, the singer expressed feelings of loneliness and feeling "like a burden" to those around her.

According to Daily Mail, a source close to Allen said that the artist and Harbour separated after the dating app, Raya, was found on the actor's phone.

The spouses met on Raya and married in 2020, one year after they began dating. Allen was previously married to Sam Cooper, with whom she shares two daughters.
