Khloé Kardashian has extremely valid reasons for no longer wanting to date NBA players.

The Kardashians star and entrepreneur is the latest guest on the podcast Call Her Daddy, which was posted on Wednesday (April 16). Kardashian opened up to host Alex Cooper about her relationship traumas, like being cheated on by Lamar Odom and Tristan Thompson. With the latter professional basketball player, Kardashian has two children, True, seven, and Tatum, two.

The first scandal involving Odom occurred in 2012 at a downtown Los Angeles motel, where, around the 36-minute mark of the video below, Kardashian recalled spotting her then-husband with another woman.

"I saw in the window that him and this girl were, they were either naked or she was in lingerie, something like that," Kardashian told Cooper. "I knocked on the door, they answered it for some reason, and I just started going ballistic on this girl, and I had to be pulled off of her."

The next day, Kardashian attended the birthday party of her eldest niece, Kourtney Kardashian's only daughter, Penelope, with "bloody and gross" bandaged knuckles.

Kardashian also went through multiple cheating scandals with Thompson, one being while she was pregnant with their first child together. After True's birth, Kardashian and Thompson were on-and-off before splitting up again in 2021, one year before Tatum's birth.

"I think the first one hurt the most because I was pregnant. Also, I didn't get to sit with my feelings enough for the first one. I gave birth less than 48 hours later after the first cheating scandal happened with Tristan," Kardashian said.

"I don't know if this sounds right but it’s what I could think to say, I don't even think I was able to process everything that happened," she continued. "I think if I maybe was six months pregnant and that happened, I probably would've walked away and never went back. But because I gave birth less than two days later, I buried my head in the sand, and I was like, I just want to have this bliss that I always dreamed of, and have a brand new baby and have the daddy here."

Kardashian felt as though she "let down" her younger sisters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, by continuing her relationship with Thompson. "Maybe the second [cheating incident] hurt more because I lived with it for so much longer, and maybe I had this shame with the second scandal because I sort of knew what was gonna happen again," Kardashian continued.

While the Good American co-founder and Thompson continue to amicably co-parent, last year, Odom began the process of making a sex doll that resembled Kardashian. The former NBA player also appeared in the recent season of The Kardashians, where he and his ex-wife had a tense discussion about their marriage.
