Camilla Araujo says she will not make a dime from one of the most emotional podcast episodes she’s ever recorded.

In a video posted to her YouTube channel Tuesday, October 8, Araujo introduced her close friend McKinley Richardson and turned the platform over to her, allowing Richardson to tell her story about her past relationship with influencer Jack Doherty.

"There will be no monetization off of this podcast," Araujo said during the opening. "There will be no AdSense. I do not want to make a dime off of McKinley’s story. It is not my story to tell."

Araujo, who has more than 9.4 million subscribers, said she would be stepping back during much of the episode to let Richardson speak freely.

She also announced plans to donate the episode’s visibility toward supporting an organization that helps women who lack access to resources.

"We will be partnering with an organization to be able to help women who don’t have the resources to help themselves," she said.

Richardson used the space to share intimate details about the early days of her relationship with Doherty. Araujo remained mostly silent, offering support and encouragement during several difficult moments.

At times, Richardson broke down in tears. Araujo reached out, simply saying, "I love you," while remaining off camera.

The episode represents a stark departure from Araujo’s usual content.

In the video, she said she understood the significance of offering a platform without turning someone else’s pain into monetized content.

"This is not like one of my regular podcasts," she told viewers. "This is about McKinley’s truth."

Richardson echoed that sentiment on camera, thanking Araujo for standing by her.

"I’m beyond grateful that you’re willing to give me this space," she said. "I love you so much."

Araujo’s message to viewers was direct.

"Let this be a reminder," she said. "Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is just listen.”
