Will Smith is showing love to Ed Sheeran after learning the pop star has the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air logo tattooed on his arm.
The interaction was captured in a video Smith posted on Instagram, which you can see below. “My first ever Philly gig I got that," Sheeran says about the Fresh Prince logo. Smith replied, “That is fantastic. That is crazy.”
In the caption of his post, Will revealed Russell Crowe has a similar tattoo, though he hasn't told Smith where on his body he has the Fresh Prince logo inked.
"Yoo @teddysphotos that ink is CRAZY!" Will wrote, adding, "@russellcrowe said he has one too. But he wouldn’t tell me where it was."
Smith is fresh off rejuvenating the summer box office with Bad Boys: Ride or Die. The latest installment in the franchise grossed $100 million globally on its opening weekend, surpassing the $40-$50 million projections to become the biggest R-rated opening since Oppenheimer was released last summer.
Back in June, Smith joined forces with Fridayy and the Sunday Service Choir for his first Christian/gospel single, "You Can Make It," which he later performed at the 2024 BET Awards.
“I was really talking to myself,” Smith told Billboard of the song, which he co-wrote. “To see so many people resonate with the intention gives me a clear North Star for this next chapter of my creative life.”
