Carlos King—the creator of OWN’s Love & Marriage franchise and CEO of Kingdom Reign Entertainment—dropped a new YouTube interview with Keyshia Ka'ior Davis, where the beauty mogul and wife of Gucci Mane gushed about life with the legend.
One standout line: Gucci’s lone household assignment is “Just shower. I got everything else.” King teased the sit-down on Instagram, writing that his “EXCLUSIVE interview with Keyshia Ka’Oir Davis is out NOW… My sis dropped so many gems about marriage, businesses, and worth.”
Fans on X (formerly Twitter) quickly tried to turn the playful chemistry between the host and guest (and longtime friends) into something messier. One user posted a clip of Ka'ior and King laughing and hugging with the caption, “She still left another man do this to her,” implying something beyond friendship.
King shut that down on Wednesday, July 23. “Eye. An openly gay man. Am the one in question 🙋🏾♂️ asking the questions in the same clip 🤷🏽♂️ Watch my interview with my FRIEND 🙄 Keyshia out now on my YouTube channel 🫠,” he posted, redirecting everyone back to the actual content.
Keyshia Ka'ior, who married Gucci Mane in 2017, has long been vocal about supporting her husband and running multiple businesses—and the interview stayed squarely in that lane.
