In an episode of Complex's GOAT Talk with his HIM co-star Tyriq Withers, Marlon Wayans shared his thoughts on Kai Cenat's aspirations to land a part in Scary Movie 6.
When the two were tasked with picking their favorite internet personality, Wayans joked that it was a question for his younger co-star. "I ain't know how to work my internet," he said, to which Withers said he'd pick Cenat. "He too young to GOAT!" Wayans replied. "Stop GOATing young people. Get some old people."
Then Wayans said that he'll pick MrBeast as his GOAT. "I'm hoping he'll do something with me and get my numbers up there," he said. "So, MrBeast, Kai Cenat... I asked Kai Cenat, 'Yo, hook me up.' He was like, 'I'll hook you up. You put me in Scary Movie.' I was like, 'I'mma kill you for that.'" Withers asked Wayans if he would put him in Scary Movie instead, and he reiterated, "I'mma kill you for that."
Last year, Cenat indicated that he'd been in touch with Wayans about the upcoming Scary Movie sequel, which is the first in the series since 2001's Scary Movie 2 that Wayans and his brothers, Shawn and Keenen, are involved with. "Chat, when I asked Marlon to be in Scary Movie 6, he said, 'Say less, you may get that call,'" said Cenat during a stream in November 2024. "Yooo, Scary Movie 6, chat. Scary Movie 6 will be stuuuupid."
In October 2024, it was confirmed that Scary Movie will be making a return with the Wayans brothers involved. Keenen, Marlon, and Shawn have co-written the script for the movie alongside Rick Alvarez, while Marlon and Shawn are also set to star. Due to hit theaters on June 12, 2026, the long-awaited sequel will also see the return of Regina Hall and Anna Faris as Brenda Meeks and Cindy Campbell, respectively.
Elsewhere in the episode of GOAT Talk, which can be seen above, the two discussed their favorite rap beef. Wayans said he loved watching the Drake and Kendrick Lamar feud unfold.
"I'mma rep for the lightskinned brothers, you know... Everybody want to diss Drake, but you understand, Drake was like Thanos," he said. "He was battling like nine different dudes at one time. They call for him and he was surviving. And then Kendrick... He got him in the soul. ... [Kendrick] won't stop. He's evil. Now I'm starting to feel bad for Drake. Stop it, Kendrick! You're being mean!"
