Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s romance may be over, but they still have some seriously expensive unfinished business.
The former couple have pulled their Beverly Hills mansion off the market after they tried — and failed — to find a buyer for over a year.
Lopez officially filed for divorce from Affleck on August 22, 2024 — exactly two years to the day after their wedding. It was finalized earlier this year.
According to People, in June 2024, the pair quietly attempted to unload the sprawling 38,000-square-foot mansion.
A month later, they publicly listed the home for an eye-watering $68 million.
After the property, which boasts 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, sat on the market for 10 months, they lowered the selling price to $59.5 million, an $8.5 million discount. Still, they failed to find a buyer for the palatial digs.
As of July 2, real estate site Zillow confirms the home has been removed from the market.
The newly rebuilt and expanded mansion sits on 5.2 acres and comes with a massive indoor sports complex featuring a basketball and pickleball court, gym, boxing ring, sports lounge and bar. Other highlights include a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a caretaker house, two-bedroom guardhouse, and a 12-car garage.
In March, Lopez purchased a new $18 million LA-area home, while Affleck splurged on a $20 million, five-bedroom Brentwood house last July.
