Justin Bieber says he’s “exhausted” by thinking about himself as of late, and he wants to know if others feel the same.

Monday, Bieber, fresh off a series of Father’s Day-timed Instagram updates (“I’m a dad that’s not to be fucked with” chief among them), shared an all-caps admission of being aware of what he called “anger issues.” This topic, seemingly, was previously broached in screenshots of an alleged text exchange between Bieber and a former friend, whom the Changes artist called both a “weirdo” and “a pussy” when taking the dissolution of their brief friendship public.

“People keep telling me to heal,” Bieber wrote in an update shared Monday. “Don’t you think if I could have fixed myself I would have already? I know I’m broken. I know I have anger issues.”

Bieber went on to say that he’s “tried to do the work my whole life to be like the people who told me I needed to be fixed like them,” adding that doing so makes him “more tired and more angry” in the process.

“The harder I try to grow, the more [focused] on myself I am,” Bieber said. “Jesus is the only person who keeps me wanting to make my life about others. Because honestly I’m exhausted with thinking about myself lately. Aren’t you?”

As we’ve mentioned a few times now, Bieber is rumored to be on the precipice of releasing new music. Though widely expected to drop at some point in 2025, an exact release date, or even a release window, remains a mystery for the general public.

In the meantime, fans have been inundated with teases and behind-the-scenes glimpse of the two-time Grammy winner's Skylrk brand.
