Sean Diddy Combs' federal racketeering and sex trafficking trial has revealed a lot about the Bad Boy founder. But now text messages released as a part of the case have shown an unexpected part of his life: a list of his favorite sermons.
The list, titled "PD's Favorite Sermons" and put together by the YouTube account "Assistants PD" (which as of this writing had a single follower), was revealed as a part of an exhibit admitted during Jane Doe's testimony last Thursday (June 5).
The exhibit, a long text message chain between Combs and Jane from August 2022, was introduced by lead prosecutor Maureen Comey as a way of setting up that Combs and Jane were at the time engaging in sex that included escorts, which Jane called "hotel nights."
But in a different part of the text chain not mentioned in court, Diddy shares the link to the playlist of his favorite sermons.
"This is special ! Thank u baby. Gonna dive into it," Jane responds. Check the messages out below.
Jane spoke in court on Tuesday (June 10) about Diddy sending her sermons.
"He had a favorite pastor, and he would often put a lot of sermons on the television and we would watch it together and we would talk about it," she said. "And he would send me sermons and I would start sending him sermons and I would watch them on my own."
