Anuel AA is being sued by a man alleging he was assaulted by the rapper and singer at Universal Orlando earlier this year.

Fernando Dávila claimed in his suit that he was "violently attacked and beaten" by Anuel and members of his entourage in an "unprovoked incident" at the water park Volcano Bay on April 25, according to ElCalce. Dávila alleges his mother and youngest daughter witnessed the alleged assault, causing them severe emotional trauma.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in compensatory and punitive damages for physical injuries, emotional distress, medical expenses, loss of income, and general suffering. Universal Orlando has also been named in the lawsuit due to its alleged negligent handling of the incident.

Dávila is demanding a jury trial.
