The Weeknd has parted with some serious cash to purchase a sweet Miami estate with enough room to park a megayacht.
According to The Wall Street Journal, the Hurry Up Tomorrow artist has purchased a $54.9 million mansion in the city's Coral Gables suburb. The waterfront residence boasts eight bedrooms, a 1.24-acre lot, and a dock that can fit a massive yacht.
If having access to the ocean wasn't enough, the mansion also has a 62-foot-long infinity pool surrounded by the Sunshine State's signature palm trees.
Inside, as WSJ details, the interior has a futuristic theme, from its double height foyer, to two floating staircases that climb to the home's second level. While the top floor has a main suite with a private balcony, there's also an all-white walk-in closet and spa-inspired bathroom. On the lower floor are lengthy French doors and a covered patio kitchen perfect for cookout events.
The Weeknd (real name Abel Tesfaye) also owns a mansion in Bel-Air, California, which was the fictional residence of character Jocelyn (Lily-Rose Depp) in his limited TV series The Idol. The vocalist previously owned two homes in Los Angeles before selling them in 2021 and 2023, respectively.
"No house has really been a home to me," The Weeknd said in a 2023 Interview article. "For most of my career, I’ve been on the road. I really worked hard to get to touring in the stadiums, and the cost was not getting too attached to where I live or where I stay."
The Weeknd will have a brief time to enjoy his new pad, as he'll embark on the international leg of his After Hours 'Til Dawn Tour next April.
ComplexCon returns to Las Vegas on October 25–26, 2025, with over 300 brands and live performances by Young Thug, YEAT & Friends, Peso Pluma, Central Cee, Ken Carson, and more. Get your tickets now.
