At New York's All Things Go Festival, singer Lola Young unexpectedly collapsed onstage.
On Saturday (Sept. 27), in the middle of her song "Conceited," Young collapsed. People came out moments later to get her medical attention. The next performer, Remi Wolf, confirmed that Young was okay backstage.
The night's headliner, Doechii, also dedicated her performance to Young. "I want to acknowledge my sister, Lola Young," she began. "She's an incredibly talented artist and she wasn't feeling well tonight. I'm so glad you guys were there to support her and hold her. Let's wish her the best, okay, everybody?"
The "Anxiety" rapper then had the crowd scream, "We love you, Lola!"
Young took to her Instagram Story afterward, confirming her condition. "Hi, For anyone who saw my set at all things go today, I am doing okay now. Thank you for all of your support Lola xxx," the "Messy" singer wrote.
The incident comes a day after Young canceled a performance at Audacy's We Can Survive concert in New Jersey, citing "a sensitive matter" per her manager, Nick Shymansky. "Lola is very open about her mental health and there are very occasionally (sic) days where myself and my team have to take protective measures to keep her safe," he wrote on her Instagram Story.
As of now, Young is still scheduled to perform at the Maryland date of All Things Go.
