Xzibit’s estranged wife is alleging that she’s having financial problems after breaking up with the rapper in 2021.

According to TMZ, Kristina Joiner requested through a judge that X allot her more money each month for her already existing spousal support and child support. Joiner claimed that she had to move out of her $10,000-a-month, 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home, which she shared with X and their 12-year-old son. She also lamented that she no longer can afford to buy designer clothes for herself and their kid.

She claimed that she can’t pay her bills, car insurance, or take trips—and that Xzibit is willing to pay for his girlfriend, Valeria Eagleson’s luxury car and not his son’s private school tuition. Additionally, Joiner alleged that X is estranged from their child and that they haven’t seen each other since September 2024.

That’s not all though. Joiner accused Xzibit of two domestic violence incidents. She claimed that in 2022, X and his girlfriend got into a physical altercation with Joiner in front of her son, from which she suffered skin abrasions. In the second incident, she alleged that Xzibit slammed their son’s head onto a table for saving memes of X’s girlfriend to his phone.

Joiner wants her child support raised to $9,313 every month and spousal support to $21,380 per month. She claims that her estranged husband owes her over $750,000 in arrears and wants a finding to support that fact—and wants him to cover $300,000 in legal fees.

She believes that, according to bank statements, X makes way more than he once did, pulling in $134,000 a month rather than the $25,000 per month that her current support is based on.

Per Radar Online, the Pimp My Ride star was ordered to pay Joiner $6,000 a month in 2022 following their divorce.
