Lady Gaga and her crew might want to do a little more work in the safety department as the pop star embarks on her world tour.
The singer kicked off The Mayhem Ball with a string of shows last week in Vegas, but a video that started making rounds on social media Monday, July 21 shows the singer take a nasty fall while getting up close and personal with her fans.
In the clip, Gaga is singing "Vanish into You" from her latest album, Mayhem, when the spill takes place.
Clearly, there was something slick on the ground, as you see Gaga's cameraman slip up first. Gaga helps to steady the crew member, before she continues on, walking around the base of the stage.
Gaga takes a few steps forward before slipping a bit herself ... and when she continues on, rounding the corner, she goes down HARD.
Of course, the constant professional, Gaga is quick to her feet and continues on with "Vanish into You" ... a number that's quickly become a fan favorite. The song is one of the last in The Mayhem Ball setlist, and Gaga was still able to finish up the show after the fall.
Lucky for Gaga, she's got another day to rest before The Mayhem Ball hits it's next stop in San Francisco. As of now, the tour has 63 stops with shows in North America, Australia, Asia, Europe and The UK.
The tour slightly mirrors Lady Gaga's epic headlining Coachella set where she performed some of the hits from Mayhem for the first time in public. Festival-goers praised the show, which not only highlighted some of the new songs, but payed homage to her classics as well.
While it's unclear exactly why the floor was so slippery, you can be sure her team will work to make sure it doesn't happen again ... as no Gaga equals no show.
