YSL RICO trial witness YSL Woody, also known as Lil Woody, has shared a video that shows him recovering in a hospital after getting into an alleged motorcycle accident in Atlanta.
"God gon' protect those that do the work of the Lord," Woody, real name Kenneth Copeland, said in the clip, which he shared on Instagram Stories. "No matter what goes on, pray. Ask for forgiveness. God will come through and protect you at all costs, even in a time of pain." In the video, Woody was seen with a neck brace on, and while he appeared to be in a lot of pain, he looked as though he was responsive and recovering.
Prior to sharing the video from the hospital, Woody shared several videos and photos that showed him on the streets of Atlanta with others and lots of dirtbikes. In a video circulating on social media, Woody appeared to be bloodied after the accident. The relatively graphic video, which can be seen below, sees a group of people rushing to see if they get Woody to respond to them.
Woody became one of the star witnesses during the highly publicized YSL RICO trial last year. At one point during the proceedings, he launched into a rant and admitted that he had lied and made things up in the past. He said that he had gotten his life together, but he didn't appreciate that prosecutors were trying to use him to find several of the defendants guilty.
He was ultimately designated a "hostile witness" during the court proceedings, and appeared to get increasingly frustrated with the questions he was being asked. During another moment that later went viral, he fired his lawyer.
